Agreement to Terms
By being apart of the 'Dean Designs' discord community or by purchasing a service from 'Dean Designs” , you are agreeing to be bound to these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local law. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services or platforms.
Commissions
Commissions can be made into packs by myself , any commission can be purchased by others however they must pay the exact same price as the original person who commissioned the pack paid.
Payment Method(s)
Website purchases are only made through one method unless stated otherwise by DEAN:
A ) Stripe
Commissions are to be only paid through PayPal unless a different method is agreed between the developer and customer.
All PayPal transactions are to be made through 'Friends and Family'.
Anything else will be declined and refunded.
Dean Designs reserves the right to decline to sell any products to you at any moment .
Refunds and Disputes
All our services are “digital” which are non-refundable once the work has begun. You are entitled to cancel and receive a full refund from the time of ordering up until the project has begun. You will be told when the status of your project has changed.
Distribution of Service
Without my written permission (h.dean) , you are not entitled to resell or alter my products in any way.
This also includes ripping / unlocking products in anyway
The client who has paid for the product owns the rights to said product. This means :
The above goes for any work completed by 'Dean Designs' including custom packages such as liverys or eup that may be custom produced through the 'Dean Designs' discord.
Dean Designs are entitled to use your service to showcase our portfolio on Social Platforms such as Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
Receiving Product(s)
When a project is completed or a purchase is made through our website The customer will receive the product via two separate methods :
A :
A Google Drive download link to receive the product.
B :
The product directly via a .rar file or the file in its original format
We will watermark all our videography products unless you have purchased our “Branding Removal” addon.
Videography commission requirements
We require access to vMenu (FiveM server-sided addon) with Time and Weather permissions as well as access to Rockstar Editor in order to complete any services. We will refuse any work with customers that are found to have “leaked” or “stolen” assets / resources on the server. ( If found “leaked” or “stolen” assets / resources this will lead to a denied refund request )
Leaking
If you are found to be affiliated with any leaking discords / communities or websites you will be blacklisted from Dean Designs.
Breach of TOS
If any of the above TOS is broken or any rules in the Dean Designs discord is broken. You will receive a warning and then a ban from Dean Designs depending on the severity of the situation.
The Dean Designs administration team reserves the right to decide the severity of punishment given to any member.
Dean Designs is not responsible for any damage to your computer or GTAV folders.
